English Experience Partner

Through overseas study tours, students are immersed in a foreign language environment, learning while traveling. Students can quickly improve their language proficiency, surpass themselves, broaden their horizons, and build confidence. Study tours offer different courses, and each institution can set them up according to different requirements to allow students to better integrate.

*The “ Scottish Cultural Exchange Tour ” was hosted by the “ Hong Kong Scottish Education Alliance ” from 2015 to 2018 . Since its establishment, the organization has been supporting and funding exchanges between schools in Hong Kong and Scotland. Thanks to the enthusiastic support of Mr. Fong Chi-kei, the founder of HKSEC, we fully sponsored Hong Kong secondary school students to go to Scotland for exchange activities. Exchange students attend classes at local secondary schools in Scotland, live with local host families or in school buildings, and tour Scotland to experience the local culture and customs firsthand.

Wall Street English, as a school-running organization, helps to provide English learning support to exchange groups before and after they leave Hong Kong. A series of Pre-Departure Programs allow students to put what they have learned into practice immediately after they arrive and use English to cope with life in a foreign country, such as communicating with officials at the border, table manners when dining, bargaining in stores, etc., so that participating students can enjoy the fun of studying abroad.

With our past experience and international network, we arrange exchange trips for various groups, so that more students who are interested in broadening their horizons can have cultural exchange experiences.

Communication content (trip duration approximately 10 to 14 days)*

• Students experience the cultural traditions and living habits of Scotland;
• Take classes with local students and learn about the local teaching methods and campus life.
• Attend local youth summits to share and exchange learning outcomes;
• To enhance exchanges between teachers and students in both places and share experiences through formal and informal introductions and conversations.
• Participate in local festivals and cultural events;
• To teach and promote Chinese culture, such as calligraphy;
• Experience the local food culture and taste traditional delicacies such as mutton offal in authentic restaurants.
• Explore local landmarks or cultural heritage, such as visiting an ancient castle.
• Learn about local attractions and history, such as the architecture and history of the ancient Roman Empire.
• Participate in local extracurricular activities such as rugby, Scottish dancing, etc..
• Visit the farm.

Through the school facilities provided by Wall Street English in Hong Kong and its unique English learning method, students of all levels can make good use of the long vacation, take classes in small groups, and communicate in English. Through the assistance of multimedia, we first assess the level of each student, teach them according to their aptitude, train each student in a second language, and improve their English language ability.
