Egg Tarts 蛋撻
Egg tarts are a Hong Kong style custard tart with either pastry or cookie-like crusts. You can purchase one at almost any local bakery.
Barbecued Goose 燒鵝
Roasted in charcoal ovens, barbecued goose is famous for its crispy skin and juicy meat. It is usually served with plum sauce.
Pineapple Buns 菠蘿包
Pineapple buns can be a breakfast bun, an afternoon tea snack or served as dim sum. Its crumbly and sweet crust surely makes your mouth water.
Red Bean Pudding 砵仔糕
